Billing And Refund Policy

This policy explains subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds for Tranxacty.
Subscriptions
Paid Tranxacty features require an active subscription. Subscriptions, trials, invoices, renewals, payment methods, and billing portal sessions are processed through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription or starting a trial, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan, billing interval, and checkout terms shown at the time.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future charges according to the cancellation timing shown in the billing flow.
Deleting an owner account attempts to cancel the team subscription before completing account deletion.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees, renewal charges, annual plan charges, upgrade charges, and other paid service fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund or credit for prior charges, unused time, partial billing periods, or renewed subscription periods.
